Accommodation All our partners (hostels and budget hotels) are located near the Oktoberfest fairground or close to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) or max. 4 stops with the public transportation. 
Age You are never to old to party but you have to be at least 18 to make use of our services.
Airport From Airport take the S1 or S8 to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof). From there, your accommodation is easily reachable. More information on your voucher.

Cancellation By written cancellation till the 1^st of june, we would reimburse 50% of the amount paid for the online confirmed booking. After the 1^st of june, no reimbursement.
Check in generally from 4pm (sometimes earlier). If you arrive before 4pm, you can store your luggage for free at the hostel/budget hotel
Check out generally by 10 am (could be 11 am if you´re lucky or/and if the staff at the reception is understanding!)

Security The Oktoberfest is very safe but due to the beer consumption it is preferable to take care and avoid  trouble see Jail!

Smoking It is allowed to smoke (cigarettes only) at the Oktoberfest and in the tents. It is not allowed indoors.
